Firewater is the story of a young man named Christian, that grows up with a traveling circus in early 60's. His mother is the circus fortune teller and her lover is a man known only as The Ringmaster. Together they are both addicted to a drug called Firewater that causes it users to hallucinate and see strange visions. The drug is very addictive and can hook the user within one or two injections. Rumor has it that the drug originates from the blood of the dead and can be traced back to biblical times. Mother and The Ringmaster are very abusive to Christian, so he seeks shelter from his tortured life and befriends an older gentleman named Louie. Louie is the Fire-breather in the circus and is the only father figure Christian has. One day a teen-aged Christian discovers The Ringmaster's secret hidden a forbidden daughter named Madelyn. The two fall madly in love and plan to escape the horrible life they share together. Tragedy happens and The Ringmaster and Mother find out about the secret love affair and kill Madelyn. Enraged Christian seeks them both out and kills them both in an act of rage. Christian flees not remembering who he was or exactly what happened, leaving Louie to clean -up the mess The only link to Christian's past is his horrible nightmares he experiences every-night. 20 years pass and Christian has become a ringmaster himself and goes by the name of Sinister. Success has been good to Christian and he indulges in everything money can buy, women, drugs, Firewater! Exactly 20 years to the day, Louie returns to him with a beautiful red haired women named Madelyn. He offers Madelyn to Christian, but not without a price. With Christian's soul in jeopardy, He seeks guidance in the last place one could imagine a church. Here he confesses everything to a very scared Brother Jon O Mallory. As the clock ticks away Christian has to decide if he will except Louie's offer or do the right thing and save the world. Will the mystery of Christian's nightmares be reveled.
